Cristie founded BKSP in 2001. Raised by entrepreneurs, she grew up working in family businesses. Moving from reception and office admin to the contexts of management consulting and financial planning, she eventually managed two highly successful restaurants. Over two decades of learning from the patterns of decline and growth, Cristie applies her unique know-how to shape her successful business.

With accounting and bookkeeping qualifications and as a certified and registered BAS and ASIC agent, Cristie heads up the dynamic BKSP team. An MYOB Partner and Xero Gold Champion certified partner, she brings 20 years of detailed expertise to her bookkeeping and business management work. Thriving on the agility of her sizable client base, Cristie knows how to get numbers in top shape, no matter the industry.

Away from work, Cristie enjoys discovering new places here and abroad, hanging out with her dogs and putting her mind to a seemingly impossible jigsaw. As a Mum of five, with only one still at home, Cristie and her hubby are enjoying more time to themselves.

Tamara has called BKSP home since 2021. As a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Business Law), Tamara uses her extensive expertise to improve the performance of our client’s businesses. To upskill and engage her other talent, she’s currently completing a Diploma of Graphic Design: watch this space.

As our ace accountant, Tamara helps our clients reach their outcomes and seize all opportunities. Balancing guidance with ideas and functional assistance, her strong client partnerships are buoyed by her business acumen. Unshaken by and capable of confronting any accounting or taxation challenge, Tamara is motivated by creating order so numbers can better dictate direction.

Tamara loves life in the sunny Perth Hills with her hubby, her lively and lovely two-year-old daughter, and her Swiss Shepherd, Sadie. Weekends are family time: hunting for playground perfection or taking a road trip to clear out the cobwebs. Armed with a slew of new DIY skills, Tamara and her hubby are about to start building their new home.

Heading north from Lismore to the Gold Coast, Jasmine joined our team in 2021. Quickly settling into local life, she brings her flair for all things aesthetic to our business. With a Diploma in Graphic Design, Jasmine is augmenting her abilities by training as a bookkeeper.

As our office all-rounder, Jasmine takes care of internal administration, data entry and our beautiful BKSP email campaigns. We also owe our suave-looking social feeds to her first-class creative software skills. Our resident tea-making connoisseur and office pet whisperer, Jasmine is an invaluable addition to our BKSP family.

Outside the office, Jasmine finds joy in trying new things, like food, wine and adventure. If the weather’s good, you’ll find her outdoors – thrill-seeking or chasing the sun. At home, Jasmine loves trying new tabs on the guitar or making art.

Bobo is our well-behaved Head of Security. She is often perched by the door ready to greet our guests with her gentle nature and is always on the lookout for any visitors who may be delivering treats (AKA the mail man or cleaner) with her beautiful big eyed look that she has mastered perfectly. A perfect addition to the BKSP team, Bobo also keeps our stress levels at bay with her calm presence in the office.

Bobo is a keen food enthusiast and when off duty, you’ll find her watching the girls eat with those big pleading eyes, chasing her ball or walking around the lake with her Mum.
